If you are interested in joining the women's teams, trials will be pre-selected, so players will be invited based on the answers received in the form. 

For the mens' teams, completing the form is optional and serves purely organisational purposes, as knowing who plans to attend will help plan the most appropriate trial format to showcase all players' skills.
